Description

This Fringe First award-winning group has toured internationally and is invited regularly to perform at national conferences. With a mixture of ribald fun, song, dance and energetic performance they apply their own interpretation- sometimes moving, oft-times hilarious- to the great works. From Keats to Boccaccio, Shakespeare to the Blitz, nothing is sacred! And so the NYT inclusive group explore a soupçon of Molière! Come and join in the fun as Monsieur Jourdain seeks to launch himself into society with hilarious consequences. Will young love find a way and will those scheming servants get their comeuppance? Which lucky gentleman will get Madame Jourdain as a mother in law? The Company which holds a Fringe First from the Edinburgh Festival has been delighting audiences for many years with its take on the classics, The Canterbury Tales, Hiawatha, The Decameron, The Nutcracker, The Government Inspector to name but a few. It has a reputation for its work with young people with additional needs from the City and County. Due to the cuts there may be a need for audience participation. Be a legend in your own lunchtime! One thing is sure it will be a real howdy do!
