July 30 1999 Sandfield Theatre. After the success of last year's "The Sound of Musicals" we thought we would do it all again with "Walt a Wonderful World". But to rehearse and perform a newly written musical, in a week, is quite a task in itself. Add to that 66 young performers and a few C'NET members and it could be a recipe for disaster (luckily it wasn't!). C'NET (City of Nottingham Education Theatre Company) spent the week teaching, directing and rehearsing new dance routines, unusual variations of songs and interesting dialogue. The script has been written by quite a team of past and present C'NET members.
